EUSTAFOR welcomes its new Communications Officer

We are delighted to announce that, on 15 February, EUSTAFOR  welcomed Sophie Hugon to the team in the position of Communications Officer. Sophie will share this position between EUSTAFOR and the Forest-Based Sector Technology Platform (FTP).

 

Previously, she worked as Project leader at Hout Info Bois, the Belgian centre for technical information and promotion of wood and its use. She worked essentially in promoting the use of local wood and had contacts with sawmills and wood construction companies.

Sophie holds an MSc in Forestry from UCLouvain in Belgium.
