Public hearing on the new EU Forest Strategy for 2030 at the European Parliament

A public earing “A new EU Forest Strategy for 2030 – how to reconcile the economic potentials of forestry beyond wood with reaching biodiversity & climate targets” is being organized by the Committee in Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Parliament on Monday, 28.02.2022, from 16:00 to 18:45.

This event will bring together a wide range of stakeholders, experts and representatives of European institutions to share ideas and discuss:

• Unlocking the full potential of forests;
• Climate smart forestry, creating opportunities in the realization of biodiversity and climate targets.
