Forests: what solutions after the Paris Agreement?

The Paris Agreement has brought forests to the forefront of international attention. Forest is a major lever for combating climate change. France, through the projects it conducts with its partners in various regions of the world, wishes to share solutions for the future, in Marrakesh.

After the presentation of the expertise of the Office National des Forêts (ONF), this side event will be concluded with the signing of the Framework Agreement between ONF and the High Commissioner for Waters and Forests and the Fight against Desertification (HCEFLCD) in Morocco, in the presence of the French Minister of Agriculture, Agrifood and Forestry, Stéphane Le Foll.
